Following the reintroduction of COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria, we will be changing the way our stores operate to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and the community.
Metro Stores
As of Thursday 6 August, our Metro stores will be open for trade customers only during select hours. Tradespeople wishing to place and pick up orders during this time will be able to arrange this with their local store via phone or email.
Stores will also remain open for sample order pickups, which you can arrange directly with your store, as well as online appointments via Zoom or Facetime.
Regional Stores
Elegance Tiles regional stores, including Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong & Surf Coast, Horsham, Phillip Island, Swan Hill and Warrnambool, will remain open for business, operating in accordance with stage 3 restrictions.
In order to give our customers the greatest peace of mind, we want you to know that all stores are operating with rigorous health and safety measures in order to protect our team and the community.
For stores within areas affected by stage 3 area restrictions, we have taken many additional steps to ensure everyone’s wellbeing and we ask that if you are planning to visit one of our stores, that you please observe our safe trading steps.
No matter where you are in Victoria, you will still be able to order 6 sample tiles for $6 from our website. And if you wish to arrange for full-size samples, simply get in touch with your local store.
