CHANGE OF MIND
Elegance Tiles will allow change of mind refunds within 30 days of purchase. Return freight to our Laverton warehouse will have to be arranged and paid by the customer. Elegance Tiles will charge a 20% restocking fee on all change-of-mind returns. Returns can only take place if the batch is currently in stock in our Laverton warehouse. Goods have to be in original packaging and in good condition.
* Special ordered goods cannot be returned.
FAULTY OR DAMANGED GOODS
Elegance Tiles will offer a full refund for any damaged or faulty items inclusive of freight costs.
