Please read the following returns conditions carefully, as they apply to all full-tile online orders.
Change of Mind Returns
Elegance Tiles accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
Return freight to our Laverton North warehouse must be arranged and paid by the customer.
● A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
● Returns can only be processed if the same batch is currently in stock at our Laverton warehouse.
● Goods must be returned in:
○ their original packaging,
○ full, unopened boxes, and
○ resalable condition.
Please note:
Special-order goods cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or contains faulty items, Elegance Tiles will:
● Provide a full refund, and
● Cover all associated freight costs.
We may request photographs of the issue to assist with processing your claim quickly.
