Our HQ and warehouse team will be taking a short break over Christmas and New Year, so any orders placed during this period will be processed once we reopen.

Full Tile Orders – Cut-Off Dates
Metro Click & Collect
Last order date: 16th December
Please ensure all metro full-tile orders are placed before
this date to guarantee dispatch before our holiday closure.
Regional Click & Collect
Last order date: 11th December
Due to additional transit time for regional freight, orders must
be placed earlier to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Sample Orders – Cut-Off Date
Last dispatch date: 19th December
Orders placed after this date will be dispatched when we return in January.
Order Processing During the Closure Period
Our warehouse will be closed over the festive period.
Full tile orders and sample dispatch will resume from 6th January 2026 (please check your local store closure dates for click & collect orders).
Any orders placed during the closure window will be queued and processed in order of purchase once operations resume.
